Summer Son
I love summer… I really do, in both of my “lifes”.
For me summer means warm days, lazy afternoons trying to have a “siesta” meanwhile is impossible to go outside because the sun is burning, evenings with friends in a veranda talking about anything having a really cold beer, sweating bodies, nice smiles behind sunglasses, beaches, the sound of sea, parties near the sea with beautiful people dancing some lounge music, tight and wet bath suits, … This can sound a bit topical, but is how is summer in my city, in Barcelona.
Of course summer is much more, and part of this much more is summer loves.
Some days ago i was listening one of my favourite songs, Summer Son by Texas and then i had this image in my mind. What i like of that loves is the sensation of something burning you, that soft desperation becuase you know all will end soon, so you live all those moments with passion. Love that need of eat each other, that sensation of burning, that fear of losing, that moment… that moment…
Of course i always have in mind that summer loves have “sell-by” date, and always have in mind that i can think in that love beyond, but who cares? Who wants more when you can have it all concentrated?
Well, maybe is just i’m latin… and addicted to passion itself. 
Musa Artis Presents: Temptation & Revenge (The opening)

Today was the opening, sorry for posting this so late, but was impossible before (was out of town and arrived just for the party).
The awesome Keiko Morigi made this image, as an invite for the party. The party itself was absolutely fabulous! Arahan Claveau was DJing for 2 hours with the best indie tracks, all the time more than 40 people in the sim. Actually this last had a bad side, some people missed the party because was impossible to access the region (so sorry to that ones), even some of the exhibitors crashed and then had to wait to access again the region.
I’ll post soon with some images about the party and possibly a link to the DJing session. Just wanted to say thanks to all the people that came (or tried to came) and to all the ones that supported us.

A series of mythological artworks exploring
the themes of temptation and revenge.Opening 12pm PST (SLT), 27th July 2008 until 7th September 2008
Musa Artis: Temptation & Revenge is a new exhibition that began life as a project penned for Second Life’s Fifth Birthday celebrations but developed into a larger independent exhibition. The central theme explores two of the darker influences on human nature and how these have been worked into the fabric of mythology. Drawing influences ranging from ancient Greece through to Celtic and more modern subcultures, each individual exhibit features a display of images, worked into the environment by each artist helping to contextualise the subjects depicted.
Musa Artis is a group of artists formed during the conception of the Temptation & Revenge exhibition in 2008, which came together due to a commonality of interests and philosophies regarding art within Second Life and were determined to create successful collaborative work in an independent fashion, free of the regulatory interference of either event organisers or gallery promoters. Temptation & Revenge represents their first in world collaborative project.
Visitors are very much encouraged to take their time exploring the individual exhibits and the ambience of the natural settings, interacting with the scenery to create their own custom images.
The opening reception and toga party begins at midday on Sunday 26th July, with music provided by guest DJ Arahan Claveau.

Just a life update…
Another of those rambling posts. Just want to tell how is my second life lately and some ideas i have in mind.
It seems i am in a time of changes. As you may know i closed (and exploded) my old store, really needed to do something with it, i was so busy in stuff, in photography and other projects that i was not building new stuff for my store in a long time. Anyway, i will reopen it soon, with some old stuff i still love and with some new stuff i have in mind. Also deleted the old store blog. As a friend said to me, sometimes is better to destroy and restart than to try to fix. Anyway, as king of the procastinators, this will take a bit.

And now, the big news *drums here*… from mid of August i’ll be a Sim Owner!!!!
Maybe you know about Ursa Major, the sim where i live. Posted sometimes about it. Well, my dear Eric, need to leave Ursa Major for some personal reasons, and he was so kind and sweet of transfering me the sim (well we are in the process right now with the Concierge Team of Linden Lab).
Yes, i’m excited, really excited in front of 15000 prims *drolls*, and in front of the possibilities. I have some plans in mind, but well, still have to work in them. Of course part of Ursa Major will be the place for my new store, but about the rest… well… for the moment i prefer to remain silent. More information when i have it totally clear.
I also have one project going on right now, Musa Artis. You saw some teasers-posts, but still you will have to wait a bit to have more information. I just can say that we are doing our best to open Musa Artis on July, 27th.
