As i posted before i’m working this days in my exhibit in SL7B, so i wanted to share this cool machinima made my Toxic Menges with some images of the main buildings of SL7B.

Some days ago i saw this really fun video of The Guild with a song parodying MMOs, well in this case WOW, but is totally adaptable to SL as you can see in the fun version of Lowe Runo below. 
Lyrics are really fun, in The Guild video, the dances and the attitude of the band makes it irresistible and the song is, well, catchy!
About the Lowe Runo Second Life version, it transfers all the fun of the song to a machinima. Thanks to the Guild for the song and laughs and thanks to Lowe for his version.

The beauty of Second Life®
Sometimes you can be upset, tired, bored… Sometimes you wonder why you are still in Second Life… then you see a video like this one, and you remember why you are here, what you love here…
This machinima by Sam Lowry made me smile and remember one of the reasons i have to love Second Life, its beauty, the beauty we build together day by day. Ok, is pretty chaotic too, but well, i presume that’s part of its beauty too.

Spelling
I’d like to share with you all this. Is a video i made of one of my latest works.
Is a 3D object i made for Vain Inc Gallery (SLurl), you can find more info about the gallery in some older posts. The theme this month was Muse.
I really love SLphotography, but at the same time i feel a bit limited in it. This time wanted to explore more techniques. We live in a 3D world (well actually in two 3D worlds) so… why not to make something animated?
Also words are important for me, in SL we communicate by words mainly, because the physical language is limited to gestures. Words are important also in this work, how they appear, how they transform in other words… The Muse is expressed by words, by whispers, by spellings…
Fantasy in Vain, a machinima
Some time ago i posted about Vain Inc Gallery, is a project by two really good photographers and really nice girls, Nyla Rossini and Toko Voom. They have one of the best fashion magazines in Second Life, but also wanted to go further away with and art gallery, a really new concept.
They wanted to have a gallery where different resident creators were showing their vision about a theme monthly. In August 2008 the theme was Fantasy.
Last friday Nyla asked me to make a machinima showing my point of view of the gallery during that month, to keep a record of what was the experience. I was really happy with the idea and this is the result:
