Life’s always changing
One of things that really amaze me in SL is how fast it all changes… i presume is like a speedy version of the so called “Real Life” (even i think both are real, only in different ways). What is really important for you some day is not so the next one, maybe is we are still learning, like really tiny babies exploring the “adults” world (and i’m not meaning Zindra in this case *winks*).
And then it comes when someone you really trusted is not as honest as you expected, and someone who had to leave SL for personal reasons is back and you are really happy about it, and something you were worried because it was taking a lot of time to be done IS finally done and most of the old friends are always there and some new wonderful friends are there too. Maybe it all seems to be changing but some things don’t change, i will be always there, standing, smiling at the good things that always were there, at the ones that had to go but are back… and just ignoring the “not so good” things, because they are past, and as we say in my country “The water that passed the river can’t move the waterwheel”.
Report… how life is going
Life is always different, even it seems the same. In this post just want to share my last projects and what i have in mind, even want to express what’s in my mind, even that’s a hard thing to do.
As some of you may know i’m collaborating with Role Magazine now, writing about SLart (quite a big topic to talk about), you can take a look at my last article in this post at their blog
Also i’m working with my friend Ganymedes Costagravas in a store, a place to sale some of our creations. Still a lot to work together there, but that’s the pleasure, working with friends in some things. As soon as we have more information we will post about it.
Blogs with friends, building projects… for a long time i was kinda… how to say it?… not so motivated in SL. Now it seems this is about to change, we will see what happens.
SLblogger Appreciation post #1: Winter Jefferson as seen by Raul Crimson
For a long time i wanted to pay tribute to the bloggers i really like, i know some time ago an SLBloggers Appreciation Week was organized… but well, i was not on time (as usually
) so i decided to make it by my own. There are some bloggers i specially like, sometimes for their style writing, or the topics they write about, or how they are personally. This series of posts starting with this one will have always photos of my avatar edited as i see them, the Raul Crimson version of them. Some say imitation is the biggest form of adulation, well, i don’t pretend to imitate them, is more to show how i see them, and well, i don’t pretend to adulate them, only to express my gratitude for the great moments of read they are giving me.
Winter Jefferson doesn’t use to wear wings, i know, is just a personal touch. From his blog Winter shares his opinions about fashion, his projects and his thoughts. Covering specially male fashion from his own angle, as he says he is “The only sardonic Australian Vampire knight fashionisto on the grid. So far.”
Is not only his really good work as blogger, for his blog and for the Rezzable one, is also his Plurk profile and how he is personally. Is somebody really respectful, sweet, always trying to help and with a good word for anybody. And, sincerely, when there’s so much drama and “bitching” around is always a pleasure to read anything from him.
This is my way to say thanks to him, for all those moments of enjoyment, for all the kind words and for all the help, crazy fun moments and conversations.
By the way, a friend mentioned this picture here it seems he is just too excited touching his chest, i presume i can’t stop being myself even i’m trying to imitate someone.

crossworlds in Florence
Second Life is part of my life, not a parallel reality, not another world… for me is part of my world and my life. Not only a place where i can have fun, or create, or explore and get surprised by creation of others, is also a place where i met (and meet every day) wonderful people, fun, caring and creative.
In the pic, two of my best friends, Ganymedes Costagravas (who i met in RL some month ago) and Khamudy Mannonen.
This next Friday i’m going to meet RL some of that wonderful people, in Florence.
There is an exhibition about Second Life photography and creation in Florence and some friends decided to go together. Khamudy Mannonen, Silverdrake Sparrow, Keiko Morigi, Luther Caffagno, Pier Temple and Pilgrim Miles (and me, Raul Crimson and possibly some more people), all we will have some great days together. It will be a total “crossworld” week! SL meet RL!
You can imagine how excited i am! After the days in Florence i will write a post telling my impressions, the funny stuff and all.
